Meet Suzy Jackson.

Digital health executive. Keynote speaker. Builder of the commercial bridge between pharma, HCPs, and patients.

Suzy Jackson has spent 15 years at the intersection of pharmaceutical strategy, digital health innovation, and patient-centered care.

She has operated at senior levels across both global consulting and the health technology industry — as Managing Director at Accenture, and as Chief Commercial Officer at RVO Health, building Fullspan Health, the life sciences commercial division from the ground up.

Her expertise sits at the convergence of three forces reshaping the industry: the shift from HCP-centric to direct-to-patient pharma marketing, the rise of digital health platforms as commercial infrastructure, and the growing pressure on life sciences companies to prove real-world patient outcomes. She is particularly focused on how AI will reshape this trend.

“Over the course of about 20 minutes, Suzy was able to distill down some heady topics into digestible, relatable nuggets for our audience of medical marketing executives. I told her that she is always more than welcome to return to the show with insights to keep our audience as informed as possible about changes in the industry.”
